The Innerscope self-leadership programme has been designed to equip Young People with a robust skill set that will enable them to make informed future decisions.
The Self-leadership development programme puts the accent on the following:

- Acquisition learning and personal reflection
- An increased appreciation for formal and informal education
We are fortunate to work with multi-award winning Youth Practitioner James Aidoo. James has been awarded by the Metropolitan Police for his support of Young people involved in youth crime and gangs; furthermore, his integrative therapeutic approach has been instrumental to the development of new standards in the social care system.
